Socacize - Socacize Fitness is a creative blend of authentic Caribbean and African dance techniques, in harmony with effective fitness moves, resulting in a unique, non-judgmental and exhilarating dance fitness program.
Wepa! Fitness - A full body dance workout that incorporates true-to-genre authentic dance moves to the addictive rhythms of Latin-America and the World. Irresistible and so much fun, you'll leave this class with moves like J. Lo, and a smile like Celia Cruz! No dance experience required, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Muscle ReMix - A mix of different ”blocks“ of muscle work split up by HIIT style cardio to heart-pumping music! TL;DR: It’s gonna hurt but you're gonna be happy about it!
Brazily Dance - Brazily™ Dance unites all of Brazil’s best music and dance styles to bring you a unique dance fitness experience that you’ve never seen before! The class format is a perfect blend of easy to follow steps, mixed in with more challenging moves that allow you to progress from class to class and build unstoppable confidence!
Riddim Ride - Cycling has never been more fun! Get your endorphins flowing with this fun, heart pumping class full of rhythms and beats. It's a party on the bike that will be sure to make you sweat.
